Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics, heatmaps and session recordings to improve our website. It may collect device and browser information, page visits, interactions and cookie identifiers. We grant analytics storage consent only, not advertising storage consent. Clarity is not loaded before you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the site. Change or withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection after a reload and clears Clarity cookies on our domain; it does not delete previously collected data. We mask enquiry forms and guided-review content, and do not intentionally send names, emails or enquiry text as analytics events. Microsoft processes data under its privacy statement. Data we process
We process account details, business enquiries, product usage, approval and audit events, and technical security logs needed to operate NURPAM services.
Service providers
Depending on the product you use, data may be processed by Clerk for identity, configured OpenAI or Anthropic AI providers, Vercel, GitHub, Linear, and our self-hosted ntfy service. Apple may relay ntfy iOS push notifications through its notification infrastructure.
Website forms and fonts
Website enquiries are submitted directly to NURPAM infrastructure and stored in our marketplace database. We no longer submit this form to Web3Forms. The public website uses self-hosted fonts and does not request Google Fonts.
Guided review and WhatsApp
The website's guided review currently runs using rules in your browser. Its answers are not automatically sent to an AI provider or saved as an enquiry. Selecting Continue on WhatsApp opens a prefilled message; you must press Send in WhatsApp to share it. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. Please avoid sharing passwords, credentials or sensitive personal records.
Contact preferences
If you request a call or WhatsApp reply, we collect your phone number along with your name, email, company and problem description. We store these details to handle your enquiry and notify our team. The website does not currently use live AI analysis; this notice will be updated before enabling it.
Retention and rights
We retain data only for operations, security, contractual, and legal needs. Contact privacy@nurpam.in to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law.
Security
Administrative actions are authenticated, audited, and human-gated. Agent tasks run in disposable isolated workspaces with restricted credentials and network access.
